This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
If you are the primary guardian of a student already enrolled at Ore City ISD, you may go to your Skyward account and complete the NSOE there for a new student. This will help Skyward link brothers and sisters together.
