This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Welcome to the Jasper Independent School District! Please begin by completing required fields on this page to request a Portal Account for access to submit a student enrollment application to the district. Completion of this form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. The process will generate a 5-digit passcode that will be sent to the email address you submit, providing secure access to the Jasper ISD New Student Online Enrollment system. Please complete all required fields to request an account to enroll your students. Items with an red asterisk () indicate required information. Upon submitting your account request, you will see a pop-up window confirming your email address. Click OK to continue or choose Back* if you need to edit your entered email address. After selecting OK to continue, your portal account will be created and you will be redirected to the login screen. Please access your email account to obtain your 5-digit passcode to access the New Student Enrollment system. After submitting for your portal account, If you do not receive an email with the account information and instructions within 24 hours, please check your SPAM folder. Contact the district with any questions on accessing the account.
