New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your students. DO NOT REQUEST AN ACCOUNT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE STUDENTS ATTENDING FERRIS ISD. You will have to log into your Family Access portal to enroll a new student. If you don’t remember your login for Family Access, please email familyaccess@ferrisisd.org. Complete los campos obligatorios para solicitar una cuenta para inscribir a sus estudiantes. NO SOLICITE UNA CUENTA SI YA TIENE ESTUDIANTES QUE ASISTEN A FERRIS ISD. Deberá iniciar sesión en su portal de Family Access para inscribir a un nuevo estudiante. Si no recuerda su contrasena o nombre de usuario por favor envíe un correo electrónico familyaccess@ferrisisd.org
